Our Return Promise

At SurfFlex Shop, we want you to be stoked with every purchase. If your bodyboard, fins, or accessories aren’t quite what you expected, you have 15 days from the delivery date to return them for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Bodysurfing Flippers/Fins that have been used in water
  • Custom-shaped boards (like Dolphin Shape/Asymmetrical boards)
  • Photography equipment from our Bodysurf/Photography collection

How to Return or Exchange

Making a return is as easy as paddling out on a calm day:

Step 1: Contact Us Within 15 Days

Email our crew at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item(s) you’re returning
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you want a refund or exchange
Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number] Hi SurfFlex Crew, I’d like to return/exchange my recent purchase: Order Number: [Your Order Number] Item(s) Returning: [Product Name(s)] Reason: [Too big/Too small/Damaged/Not as described/etc.] I’ve attached photos of the item(s) as requested. Step 2: Wait for Approval

We’ll review your request within 2 business days and email you return instructions with an RMA number.

Step 3: Ship It Back

Pack the unused, undamaged item with original tags in the original packaging. Include the RMA number clearly on the package and ship to:

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return (allow 3-5 business days after delivery):

  • Refunds: Processed within 5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Exchanges: We’ll ship your new item within 1-2 business days via your preferred shipping method

Important Notes

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • For exchanges to a higher-priced item, you’ll pay the difference
  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank

Damaged or Wrong Item?

If your gear arrives damaged or incorrect, email us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll cover return shipping and rush you a replacement!
