📦 Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide from our San Jose, California headquarters! Currently, we can’t deliver to some Asian and remote regions due to logistics challenges, but we’re working to expand our reach.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two shipping methods:
- Express Wave Rider (Standard Shipping) – $12.95 flat rate via DHL/FedEx (10-15 days after dispatch)
- Free Flow Shipping – FREE on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 days after dispatch)
Pro tip: For last-minute surf trips, choose Express Wave Rider for fastest delivery!
How long does order processing take?
Our team processes all orders within 1-2 business days before they ship out. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is on its way.

We offer our 15-Day Stoke Guarantee – if you’re not completely stoked with your gear, you can return it within 15 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition (no surf wax or saltwater use, please).

Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).
